2. Scope of CLEWASE Services
CLEWASE provides access to products, order tools, seller tools, design upload features, personalization options and coordination of production and fulfillment services.
Depending on the product or service, CLEWASE may use third-party manufacturers, print providers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, payment providers and technology providers.
3. Product Availability
Products and services shown on CLEWASE are subject to availability.
Product details, variants, materials, colors, dimensions, pricing, production methods and availability may change when reasonably necessary.
If an ordered product cannot be supplied, the customer will be informed and the order will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and CLEWASE policies.
4. Order Processing
An order is processed based on the product, quantity, variant, personalization, design and delivery details confirmed by the customer or seller.
Orders may remain pending until the applicable payment or authorization step has been completed.
Production may begin after the order has been confirmed and the applicable payment requirement has been satisfied.
5. Made-to-Order and Personalized Production
Some CLEWASE products are manufactured, printed or prepared only after an order is placed.
Where a product includes personalization, the customer or seller is responsible for reviewing names, text, images, sizes, colors, designs and other submitted specifications before confirming the order.
Personalized or custom-made products may be subject to statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal where applicable.
6. Seller Services
CLEWASE may provide tools that allow approved sellers to prepare products for listing on supported sales channels and manage related product or order workflows.
A seller is responsible for ensuring that marketplace listings, designs, claims, descriptions, pricing and customer information submitted through their account comply with applicable law and the rules of the relevant sales channel.
Availability of marketplace integrations may vary by platform and may depend on third-party authorization, API access and technical availability.
7. Design Uploads
Users may upload designs, artwork, images, text or other content where supported.
Users must have the legal right to use submitted content and must not upload material that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other third-party rights.
CLEWASE may reject or suspend production where submitted content appears unlawful, infringing, technically unsuitable or incompatible with production requirements.
8. Production Partners
CLEWASE may coordinate production with third-party manufacturing, printing or fulfillment partners.
Production partner selection may depend on product type, destination, availability, production capacity and operational requirements.
The use of a production partner does not remove any mandatory obligations CLEWASE may have toward consumers under applicable law.
9. Production Times
Production times shown on product or order pages are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual production time may vary because of product specifications, personalization, order volume, quality checks, supplier capacity, holidays or events outside reasonable control.
Applicable delivery commitments and mandatory consumer rights remain governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and applicable law.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address confirmed during checkout or order creation.
Shipping cost, where applicable, is shown before an order is confirmed.
Tracking information may be provided when available from the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider.
Detailed delivery, delay and shipment rules are described in the Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy and Distance Sales Agreement.
11. Payments
Payment options available at checkout may be provided by third-party payment service providers.
An order is not considered paid until payment has been successfully authorized or confirmed through the applicable payment infrastructure.
All payments collected directly through CLEWASE are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). This does not limit international delivery destinations.
CLEWASE does not represent an unpaid or pending order as successfully paid.
12. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund and replacement requests are handled under the Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy and applicable consumer law.
Personalized and custom-made products may be subject to legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal, without limiting rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.

Customers and sellers may contact CLEWASE for order, account, production, delivery, return or service questions.
Support requests should include the relevant order number, account email or other information reasonably necessary to identify and review the issue.

14. Service Availability
CLEWASE aims to keep its services available and reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, third-party services, network conditions, security measures or technical issues.
Features may be updated, improved or temporarily restricted where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational or technical reasons.
15. Prohibited Use
CLEWASE services may not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing activities.
CLEWASE may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, customers, third parties, the platform or legal compliance.
